Executive searches commence with a comprehensive understanding and analysis of target companies operating within the specific industry. This exercise can also be restricted to a particular function of an organization. Apart from providing an insight into the company structure of competitors, this activity also allows the client to identify potential talent across firms.

After the candidates have been shortlisted, the Hogan Assessment Tool is applied to ascertain the prospective candidates professional abilities and fitness for the job in question. A proven methodology, this assessment tool is a predictive method for leadership hiring adopted by firms and organizations across the world, and across industries. The tool provides important insights into the candidates suitability for the job, as well as highlights and/or anticipates problem areas.
We conduct Face Time with the Shortlisted individuals. The candidate is first interviewed by our consultants, before a one-on-one with the EP leaders. The objective is to ensure that the interests of the candidate align with that of our clients.
Once the client has had the opportunity to meet and shortlist candidates, we have a team of experts who undertake the extensive Independent Reference Check. With the details garnered from this extensive process, we prepare a portfolio of information about the candidate that will facilitate client colonies make informed decisions.
The Talent Entrenchment Program is a majordifferentiating practice adopted by Executive Partners. We believe our responsibility to the client extends even after the talent acquisition process has been completed. In our Talent Entrenchment programme, we hold separate meetings with the candidate and the client a month after the candidate joins the company to get feedback from both parties regarding the placement. Another meeting takes place after six months, and a final one after one year.
Thus, we give a one-year guarantee on placements.
